I needed a scale since I started selling items online. Works perfectly for everything I've put on it so far. Haven't gotten a misreport/adjustment from shipping company thus far. Cheap but effective postal scale.

Doesn’t work, doesn’t take, inaccurate weight..junk..was going to return but moving, no time, threw it away

We love this item.

We went through a pile of lower cost scales, including the ones that were recommended by our shipping client. All were either not accurate or died in a few months.This has been working well for a while, appears to be mostly accurate and can handle larger packages. You do have to go in and tweak the range of scale for your package size.On the down side the hinge on the remote section was cheap and broke the first day. Still works but the hing doesn't hold it up anymore.Also the folded metal is very sharp and not deburred so I have cut myself on it twice now.

The first scale did not work. Sent it back through Amazon and got a functional version of the same scale 2 days later. Seems to work fine now

This scale would not give you an exact weight, if you continue weighting the same box, it will give you different weights, it keeps increasing by half or 2 pounds each time it is used again with the same box.
