We are pretty sure we got a returned item. Our box was opened and I don’t know if I received a defective item or not; based on the total volume. From the reviews I thought this would be louder. I think I had too high of expectations. I bought this to use at adult parties for karaoke. We even tried using a different speaker for the music and just singing with this. Unless you’re having a quiet party, you can’t hear the singer very well. The unit itself was high in quality, very easy to use and fun for the time that we tried it! This would be absolutely perfect for children and we still felt like rockstars using it. The gold is the best color.

Beautiful gold microphone and it is actually pretty loud. Seems like it only uses the speakers on it though. I wasn't successul trying to bypass my computer's mic.

Out of box failure. My granddaughter got this for Christmas and it almost immediately would not charge. We can hear a loose part inside that prevents charging. Very disappointed.

This was a great hit. We used it at our family reunion. Everyone loved it.

Don’t like went out the 2nd day

The media could not be loaded.  I hate this microphone. I wish I could return. It’s not working right and make wired noises.

I had a gaming mouse I purchased from them fail just before the warranty period, and I've contacted Pecosso them several times with no result.
