The battery life is usually 2/3 uses on medium. The heat level is very strong but not a complaint from me. Charges using usb-c, cannot be used while charging. Lock out switch on bottom is a nice feature if traveling.

I bought this one for my husband. I liked the lock feature to prevent accidental turn on in luggage. The first one we received couldn't even be turned on because the lock button wouldn't click to unlock. No problem...... Amazon did a quick painless swap. The second one worked amazing. Unfortunately he wasn't using it daily. So it is past the return date now. It no longer charges. It has been stored in a cabinet in our bathroom. It wasn't damaged in any way. He literally used it maybe 3 or 4 times off of one charge. He tried to charge it again and nothing.

Great product for the price.

Battery life is not good on this. I can at best get 2 uses before it dies. If I forget to recharge after 2nd uses its dead. I thought I could stretch it out using a lower heat setting. Nope still only 2 uses. When I say 2 uses, this is not a long time period. 5 min or so to warm up, use on me beard 10 min Total run time of battery 35 mins or less. Several times have tired to use on the 3rd day & will not turn on or turns off before it can even warm full up.

This straighter claimed a 7 hour battery life. I’d be lucky if I got 25 minutes. I’ve done everything in the instructions to get most battery life and nothing works.Doesn’t get as hot as most other brands.Biggest sell is that it’s cordless. But it doesn’t last.I would not recommend.

If you are not used to straightening your own beard this product will take a little getting used to. However for a first time user, I did not burn myself and the outcome was a straight beard. I would recommend to any man that wants to stop using their wife's flat iron
