I love these! Really cute and they seem to be good quality. One ring is adjustable but I had a hard time opening it to adjust it because it's so sturdy/heavy duty. I'd say they're worth the money. I don't have a ton of pain in my hands but when I wear these, I notice less swelling or discomfort. I have relatively chunky little fingers and these fit then just fine 😀

The rings and the bracelet arrived well protected and each one in a nice box.the ring (which looks a little like a snake) is pink but matches well with my gold rings. I wear it on my right hand. On the right arm, I wear a bang with magnets, that I purchased in a health store.On the left arm, I wear the new bracelet, pink also. I am not sure they are efficient but I had to try. Both can be adjusted to the size of the finger and wrist.I purchased those because I have arthritis in both hands and I am happy with my new acquisitions, especially for the low price of both.

Quality is very good. And, they seem to work as advertised. I would give them 5 stars but I have small hands & they are a little hard to adjust. Very pretty!

tldr: the magnets are not big enough to have any significant effect on anything. it's a nice looking set of rings but all the claims about their magnetism is B.S.They are not strong enough to trip a hall effect sensor, they can't hold themselves up on a metallic surface that normal magnets have no problem sticking to. so I really doubt that even if the whole magnetic pull as a therapy actually worked that these rings would put out enough Gauss to have any effect, outside of maybe the two little dots on each end which only affecting such a small area would at best create an eddy current as it gets pulled into a semblance of order before being pushed out of the field again think that would only make it feel worse and the effect would be kinda like a magnetically induced clot.

These are adjustable, but you have to have pretty big fingers! If you have small thin hands and fingers like mine, you can’t adjust them… The big one with the hearts was the only one I could just tighter, but the other ones only tightened to a certain point, and I couldn’t even get it to fit it on my thumb… I need next time to maybe look for children’s size?

These rings are extremely comfortable because they are adjustable. I have always loved copper jewelry and I truly love these rings. It is well worth the purchase as they quality and color are both unique. Size could never be a problem.

Nice!!! They fit good still monitoring the magnet benefits I wear the bracelet and it works gives me energy and helps with limiting swelling in my knee and helps with carpal tunnel.
