Really great taste, mixes well with milk making it taste like a shop brought iced coffee. Protein and calorie count is great and essential vitamins and minerals included makes this a quality item. Found it a good and very effective meal replacement shake and have lost the weight I required, also included some exercise too.

Nice flavour. I only wish it was a bit of a more soluble powder as unless you use a blender there's small clumps left, usually at the bottom. Best slim fast flavour in my opinion.

…..it comes sealed! No internal seal on mine when it arrived so couldn’t use unfortunately. Great price otherwise.

Going to a destination wedding in November so wanted to shed some pounds I used this about 8 years ago and did very well with it. Lost 3.5 stone In 5 months What it does have is a cardboard taste that not all that niece . I have put it in an air tight lock n lock box hopefully this will keep it fresh and the cardboard tast will go I hope so. I don't remember it having a metal taste before as it was in a metal tin. Has anybody else noticed the cardboard taste?? I tried it with milk ,milk water mix and with ice and can still taste it . Maybe the other flavours don't have the cardboard taste. The only other 1 I will tray is the white chocolate and raspberry as not kern on the other flavoures. There used to be a salted caramel but sed it any where now is it still available ??
