Delicious and nice bite of spice. Perfect for making authentic Peruvian dishes. Sealed nicely, no leaks. Great value, a little goes a long way. The heat level is perfect to make spicy or mild dishes. I highly recommend this paste.

Excellent part of the base for Peruvian chicken marinade and amazing as part of a quick aji verde blender sauce that can be used as a dip, spread for sandwiches, on eggs, etc. A little goes a long way.

Great condiment to have!

A delicious, spicy and creamy sauce. I love to cook with new things, and ordered this as I had searched 5 grocery stores in my area. It is pretty spicy on its own. I typically mix it into sour cream and use it on Mexican dishes. It adds a nice spice, mixes in well to sour cream. It makes a nice aioli too. I was thrilled with this brand and product. Will buy again.

The best ají ever. The level of spice is not to strong, easy to use, worth of money, the jar seals very tide, it works good in high temperature.

Unfortunately, despite the reviews warning, I decided to roll the dice and try and order this product, hoping it would arrive intact. Spoiler: it did not. It was nicely bubble wrapped so I thought it would be a success, but the lid no longer held it's seal and the product was leaking in it's bubble wrap. As noted, there are no returns on this, so my gamble was a failure. From here I'll be ordering a powdered version and will reconstitute it to make my own paste.
