Cordless Wireless Barcode and UPC Code Scanner/Reader with Stand-up Base/Cradle and USB Cord. for Windows Systems

Our scanner quit working in a little over a month. It worked perfectly when we got it but after only minimal use as a library bar code scanner it quit working. I took it to our tech specialist and she said that the computer is not recognizing the base. The base won’t even light up now. We are very disappointed.An update: the company sent a brand new scanner even though the warranty had expired. We are very pleased.

It’s very easy to handle

I was surprised in a good way, I didn't have a lot of expectations since I had a Honeywell to replace, but it is very good product easy to install, easy to use, easy is the word

Does not scan products at times.... must triple check

Had this replaced one, and now it’s stopped working again. Doesn’t last long

It is easy to setup and the scan distance from base is unreal! I had to email CS to figure out how to expand upc code and they emailed me back super fast.

Purcased this product for my convenience store point of sale system, didn't work properly so I contacted tech support. Spoke with Mark there and he was extremely helpful and timely, he was a pleasure to deal with and was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem effectively

My client is using POS software on an XP system, and I wasn't sure if this wireless barcode scanner would replace the wired unit. It did with no problem. Installed on August 4th, 2019.
