Gummies and definitely make my nails grow
This is my first time ordering this Biotin for hair growth. I can't tell yet if this is helping my hair but it's definitely making my nails grow. Yes, I will be ordering more. I like that they are gummy and taste good. I feel it's a good value for money.

Taste good, soft , i’ve been taking them for about three weeks so I haven’t really seen it a difference yet my nails are strong, but I haven’t seen a difference with my hair yet and that’s the main reason I got them

Ive always used another product, more well known, for hair, nails, skin. THIS has about triple the biotin PLUS multivitamins, all in one!! Not only a better value, but I am starting to tell a difference in my hair loss. Im going to put this on autoship!!

Not a necessary vitamin supplement—Side Effects
Some side effects I don’t believe are listed that I experienced are dizziness & headaches when I take two a day as suggested. After this, I did research & realized there is also no true connection for hair growth (strength perhaps). It also can cause skin rashes which I mildly got on my face. As far as healthy skin, I don’t see any improvement. I do not see the effect on nail growth but does help with strength. I don’t know if taking these gummies are necessary for all people. If you eat healthy, as I do, and aren’t nutrient deficient of vitamin B, biotin particularly, it very easy to intake foods with b vitamins. Wouldn’t buy again.
