Personally, I really liked this collagen and found it very helpful and effective! I’ve noticed a big difference on my skin as it is now finally hydrated and on its very own!! Meaning.,, I don’t longer need to apply moisturizer every hour bc it’s helped my skin get hydrated. My skin definitely feels a lot more rejuvenated and healthier! I add the powder to a nice warm cup of coffee first thing in the morning and dissolves perfectly. I mix is good enough to just to make sure there are no clumps. I do find it to dissolve a lot easier and faster with warm liquids but it still dissolves good. There is no taste and that’s what I was looking for anyway. The ingredients are visible on the label and it’s definitely a must have! I’ve seen improvement with my back discomfort and definitely feels a lot better and relieving. I’ve been using this particular one for about three months now and many people have noticed my hair getting super long! It does provide pain relief and especially for the joints and muscles. I just finished the container and now going on my third! In general it’s good for hair, nails, skin and muscles/joints. I found it effective and I hope this review will help someone make a decision easier just like others did for me!

I love this brand of products. It has been very beneficial to my skin, nails and my hair. I can say this product is definitely effective when used on a regular basis. I trust that the ingredients are of a high-quality and not packed with fillers. The original formula had a very displeasing taste when mixed with water so it's best to mix that with a stronger flavor beverage. When I came across the chocolate flavored collagen peptides I was ecstatic. It does have a chocolatey taste to it. Not super chocolatey but enough to where I can just mix it with water. Do your body a favor and pick up some collagen peptides.

This is by far my favorite collagen. I found it on a whim at Whole Foods last year and have been using it ever since.While I can't speak to the truth medicinal benefits of collagen peptides, I do appreciate the protein boost as well.I have hyper mobile joints and started taking this while in physical therapy for a chronically subluxated shoulder. I don't know if physical therapy alone is to credit for my increased mobility there but I have continued using this as well just in case.Also, as someone with chronically dry skin, I do believe it has helped with my overall skin health as well.I add it to my coffee every morning and it tastes like I'm drinking a mocha! It has never upset my stomach or left a bad after taste.The ingredients are legit and while I can't say whether the results are due to the product's effectiveness or not, I certainly intend to keep using it!

This is the 5th purchase of this product. I use it with my coffee every morning. It's easy to swallow and melts easily in any room Temperature or hot liquid. I have no side effects. My nails are healthy and my skin has gotten visibly tighter and it gives an healthy looking skin tone. The pain in my knee is no longer there. That loud sound it would make when I squat is now gone. Affordable and Effective

I’ve been using the Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides for a few months now and typically buy the larger container from Costco for home use. I picked up these single-serve packets for travel and work, and they’ve worked really well—easy to carry, no mess, and super convenient to use on the go. I’ve tried incorporating the powder into my daily routine in several ways—mixing it into my morning yogurt, my overnight oats or morning smoothie, and more recently, shaking it into my water bottle with a splash of lemonade or flavored water which is my new preference. Once it dissolves, I don’t notice it at all—no weird taste or texture. It blends in completely and makes it incredibly easy to stay consistent. The individual packets are a bit more expensive than the large tub, but for travel or busy mornings at work, they’re totally worth it. If you’re looking for a simple, portable way to support your collagen intake, I definitely recommend these. I also got them when they were on sale and wish I would have purchased more at that time.

I got this to support my gut in addition to weight gain due to unintentional weight loss because of my UC as any easily digestible protein. I mix it in with my coffee or tea with creamer it adds a lovely taste. Similar to coco without being overly sweet. It mixes well with a spoon but again i am mixing into a hot drink. Easy to swallow, smells delicious as well. I have only used it daily for a couple of weeks yet believe it works great so far for my needs. Have managed to gain and maintain 1 lb and (tmi) passing stool more frequently and easily. Noted for those in my situation. For skin health i can not make any noticeable claims however as my skin is already pretty youthful for 38 on I have skin care regimen I follow. The container size is decent if just one person using once per day but in retrospect. Small amount and pricey. All in all I would order again unless I could match the quality at a better price.
