Dear Amazon Customer Service, I am very disappointed with both the product and the service related to my recent order. After using the shower, I found that two of its modes do not work properly, making the product useless for me. Because of this, I submitted a request for a return and refund. However, due to a medical emergency, I was unable to complete the return on the scheduled date and tried to reschedule it. Unfortunately, your system did not allow me to change the return date. As a result, I have been unable to return the defective item and my money is now at risk, which is very disappointing. I request that you please allow me to reschedule the return pickup or process the refund as soon as possible. I hope Amazon ensures that customers do not receive defective products in the future, as it affects trust in your service and brand.

Recommended not to buy, very cheap plastic, filmsy while holding, only chrome paint and finish, the head broke off by itself within 3 weeks

The circumference is somewhat small...but for now its ok ....and working fine..

That’s my 4th acqua and I keep coming back for more! Its been a game changer for me over the years! The difference is noticeable from the first showers both on yourselves and the shower glass free from hard water stains over time! Looks great and also improve water pressure sensation. I love it.

What I didn’t expect was the water pressure improvement. 10/10, even bought one for my parents!
