With the quality of water in the UK being what it is, this is simply a must, especially if you live in an area which adds fluoride to the water supply. It has now been proven that fluoride in the water lowers children's IQ (a recent ruling in USA), having the only mechanism which can remove such chemicals, that is reverse osmosis, along with other niceties such as micro-plastics and other chemicals, I don't understand why more people don't have these. It works well, sits underneath the sink and whilst not a slimline model, it fits well and looks good. I've fitted a remineralisation stage to the output on the grounds that stripping the water of minerals, which is required since you wouldn't be able to strip out chemicals and anything else smaller, you need to add these back in again in order to prevent your body becoming deficient in them. It tastes good, despite people saying that the taste could be problematic. The TDS (total dissolved solids) score of my water is around 10ppm, that is before the minerals are re-introduced. This is as good as tap water gets in terms of being good for you.

Ok quick delivery next day. The system is great quality, slim design which mean I can put it under my sink as I don’t have much space and its amazing value for money. one filter need to be replaced every year and the other every 2year so great savings money. Water taste fresh and nice. It is little bit loud but that’s a small price to pay for clean water so I totally don’t mind. TDS reading is 1. Great product, been using it for about 2 weeks now, works great, easy installation. Just keep in mind that there’s a water tray under the device that needs to be emptied once in a while or the unit starts beeping like crazy

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I’m super happy with both the product, and the customer support. I’m 38 and never received customer service as excellent as I have from Waterdrop. Specially my customer representative was Krystal, who has helped me with two small issues over the last couple of years. Both times she has massively over-delivered and been super helpful. The product itself has been a game-changer for our water. It tastes nothing like the nasty tap water that london usually serves up. It genuinely tastes like Evian. We use a remineraliser with the system, which we find helps make it taste less ‘perfect’. Top marks all around.

I've had this for 9 months now. Performance has been excellent until last week. I had a burst of bad tasting water, metallic in nature and contacted the support team at Waterdrop. The were excellent we have been able to replace the MRO filter which has made a big difference. Product is top notch and support is there to add value 24/7. Kyrstal did a great job throughtout.

I really appreciate with level of communication and prompt response in trying to resolve the issue I had. Your customer service made assured, I made the right decision in investing/purchasing the product from your company ( waterdrop ) that show after sale service, care for customer. You went beyond to satisfy me as customer when I initially faced some issue. Going forward I highly recommend you to other friends and family members to purchase your product. I would like to mention, I am not a new user to filter, I use to have RO with tanker from different company and it was not convenient anymore due to space issue and difficult to change the filters and to monitor the leak when changing, as for G3P600 very easy to install and it doesn't take space user friendly for small space and smart with TDS reading to know when you need to change the filters. An incredible filtration system, very well designed, the water simply tastes amazing. I have to warn you though that you will never be able to enjoy any other water. The after sales service was exceptional, I had an issue with one of the cartridges that needed replacement ahead of the recommended schedule, their customer service agent Rosie was exceptional, diagnosed the issue and sent over a replacement cartridge free of cost!

Pues tenía muchas dudas al comprar pero he de decir que estoy encantado y mi familia también. Después de varios meses de uso pongo esta reseña, pues la Instalación sencilla, caudal de agua bueno, calidad del agua muy buena y de sabor pues parecida a bezoya o la de baja mineralizacion del Lidl que son las que bebíamos, veremos a ver los recambios y como envejece la máquina.

Es ist eine enorme Erleichterung für unseren Alltag: ​Wasserqualität: Der Geschmack des Wassers ist hervorragend – frisch, klar und weich. Man merkt sofort den Unterschied zum normalen Leitungswasser. Es ist ein tolles Gefühl, jederzeit gefiltertes Wasser in Premium-Qualität direkt aus dem Hahn zu haben. ​Einfache Installation: Ich war überrascht, wie reibungslos der Einbau verlief. Die Anleitung ist verständlich und man braucht keinen Profi-Klempner, um das System unter der Spüle zu montieren. Das kompakte Design spart zudem viel Platz. ​Preis-Leistung: Wenn man bedenkt, wie viel Geld und Zeit man spart, weil man kein Wasser mehr im Supermarkt kaufen muss, ist der Preis absolut gerechtfertigt. Scrivo questa recensione dopo 6 mesi di utilizzo, cercavo un sistema RO che occupasse poco spazio e tra le varie ricerche mi sono imbattuto su questo waterdrop g3p600, così attratto dalle varie recensioni positive mi sono deciso ad acquistarlo anche se con un po di scetticismo. Su Internet trovate diverse recensioni e test su questo prodotto da YouTube a Reddit, persone di tutto il mondo e chi più chi meno ne esalta le qualità. Arrivato in tempi brevissimi l’imballo protegge il tutto in maniera ottimale, montaggio semplicissimo per chi ha un minimo di dimestichezza con il fai da te (non ho dovuto nemmeno praticare il foro per il rubinetto perché avevo un dispenser sapone integrato che ho eliminato),in un oretta senza intoppi si completa il montaggio. Dopo aver collegato il tutto il sistema fa una pulizia dei filtri che dura mezz’ora potete aprire chiudere il rubinetto ma deve farla concludere, dopo di che è “pronto”. Non giudicate il sistema nell’immediato ha bisogno di 2 settimane di funzionamento per far attivare i filtri in maniera adeguata ed omogenea, durante le quali l’acqua cambierà sapore fino ad arrivare al gusto finale, esempio io sono passato da un valore iniziale di uscita di 30/35 tds a circa 12/16 tds. COME FUNZIONA: è senza serbatoio quindi filtra direttamente l’acqua e non appena apriamo il rubinetto, dopo pochi secondi, si ha subito il TDS finale. Non conviene riempire un bicchiere d’acqua e poi richiudere perché avrete uno spreco enorme di acqua, in quanto dopo ogni chiusura del rubinetto e trascorsi 5 min di inattività, fa un lavaggio automatico di 60 secondi. Invece se non lo utilizzate, il lavaggio verrà fatto ogni 12 ore per evitare il ristagno dell’acqua all’interno dei filtri, quindi armatevi di bottiglie di vetro e riempite quelle per l’uso giornaliero, in meno di 30 sec eroga un litro. Lato tecnico ok ma non mi sono fidato dei valori TDS quindi ho fatto analizzare l’acqua pre e post filtrazione con risultati ottimi, abbatte realmente tutti i valori come magnesio, calcio ,sodio, potassio e quindi il residuo è sceso drasticamente; sono passato da circa 300 a 31 reali dopo la filtrazione (nello strumento segna 14 ma non sono reali), il ph è al limite sceso da 7,4 a 6,5 ma è normale. Messo in funzione a fine gennaio oggi 29 giugno non si è ancora accesa la spia per la sostituzione della cartuccia CF, ma lo utilizzo solamente per l’acqua da bere e macchina del caffè, mentre per cucinare non lo sfrutto. Non da meno l’ASSISTENZA contattata più volte, si rivelata all’altezza di qualsiasi domanda io abbia posto e in 24h hanno sempre risposto. Mi sento assolutamente di consigliarlo, penso abbia il miglior rapporto qualità prezzo; spero duri nel tempo con la giusta sostituzione dei filtri, qualora dovessi avere dei problemi aggiornerò la recensione.
