This neck rest works perfectly in our truck. I find head rests are anything but restful, they are angled awkwardly. The large gaps between the angle of the headrest and my neck causes me pain. This neck rest fits into that gap perfectly in our vehicle. The result is a comfortable ride and no neck pain. The features of this neck rest are, memory foam for greater comfort and cooling. The black color fit in with the leather interior of our truck. The package arrived on time in compressed packaging. The headrest expanded to its original shape immediately. No chemical odors noted from the product. We purchased 2 of these and I will definitely buy again, when needed. This product has eased my neck discomfort, resulting in no headaches while driving. Highly recommend.

I am a car sleeper, so anytime we travel, I can fall asleep fairly quickly! I get tired of my neck hurting so wanted something more comfortable than a travel pillow. This does work better for me. I am a little too tall though for it to hit at the right spot where it attaches to the seat, so I have to slouch down in the seat a bit for it to be comfortable. With that said, it is not comfortable for any other use like just normal sitting in the seat as it hits my shoulder blades when I am sitting up correctly.
