delivery on time
the product is very good its just that Amazon can not deliver on time yet, I pay prime and I can not cancel it and by elsewhere. To be honest I can not understand why Amazon can get it so wrong, I will not be renewing my prime membership.

The package isnât recyclable
I bought this in an attempt to be more environmentally friendly. However whilst my usual bottles are recyclable this isnât so just generates waste. Iâm sure it decreases costs in transport - but doesnât help me reduce plastics usage.

Overpriced
It is much cheaper to buy this on the High Street. The marketing was deceptive return this bottle which I had thought was a reasonable size when buying. Obviously, I shouldâve looked at the volume of the content prior to purchasing but the bottle resembled what you would normally buy from the shops

Beware! Miniature sized
This was bought as part of a bundle of 250ml products. Nowhere in the listing did it say that only two of the products were 250ml and this one was a tiny 75ml bottle. I have tried to return but this product is "ineligible for return".

Size error in what turned up
I love this product but thought I ordered 2 x 250ml for ÂŁ8.55 but only the rose pink one was 250ml and this one was 75ml Not sure what happened but disappointed.

Very tiny
I take the blame for not clearly reading the size but this bottle is tiny, you be lucky to get one wash out of it. Way over priced compared to other sanctuary products I've brought.

Very misleading with product size
Stated both body washes were 250ml but only one was 250ml the other was 75ml. Very disappointed and very misleading. So not value for money

Didnât like the scent
I really didnât like the scent, its more of a masculine scent in my opinion. Just seems like a cheap product in general. I only used it a couple times and threw it out.
