Havells Aindrila Premium 400mm Pedestal Fan (Dusty Rose White)

First cons: sometimes the tilting rotation stops.Lowest speed itself feels too cold in rainy and winter conditions.Noisy due to high speedsPros: best fan for summer.I use it as hair dryer or cool down hot food in a flash when fan is on.Used to dry clothes in rainy season.Base is of metal too.its not suitable for small rooms. It will be too windy.Its suitable for living rooms or halls, smallHotelsLong lasting metalBlades, powerful motor,Height adjustment is good but assembly willGive slight headache.Overall quality of product and material is the best.I think no spawners will be with the fan.

just received the product today, so unable to comment on durability.The product is elegant with good aesthetics and manufacturing quality, though just a bit flimsy.Air throw and flow is somewhat less than expected.Description mentions Remote control, however this model is manual only.Overall a good product, easy to assemble and the 2 year warranty is a definite plus.

The media could not be loaded. After reaciving this fan i had to exchange because it rotating nob was not working...after it got replaced I thought it will be ok but its not even working as a normal fan ....It's cost 4k I got it in a discount in 2k something ....Our neighbours bought a fan physically in 3k something & it's moving like a it will blow everything in front but our fan is not doing anything.....So i compalned to customer care of Havells which was written on fan as Amazon time over for anything.....After 4 days technician came,he checked & he said it's not a high speed fan ,i was not at home ....my wife said him by giving example of a fan which is 20 yrs old my father bought it, that fan is moving faster then this new fan ...It's not even moving like a normal fan but this technician didn't wanted to except & saying his own thing ....Later he wanted the code which comes in phone but I didn't gave him as I was not satisfied with his work ...in that he says to my wife that my no will be blocked for further with Havells ....How stupid & rude is that do you think Havells people that i will be needing to call you in future as I am not going to buy anything from Havells & AmazonBoth of you are fraud as selling your defective things online & leaving the customer with the thing to suffer & loss of money .........I will spread this everywhere to my & friends & relatives to spread this to everyone ...... I will write a google review also for Amazon & Havells......As you dealing the whole world for a customer base but you are not doing a good job ...

Pay a higher price for a premium product, fair enough, we like it - though it could have felt more sturdy as well as better organised on the front and back covers for the blades.My main issue is with the 2-core wire and 2-pin plug provided instead of a proper 3-core wire and 3-pin plug of the quality we expect from Havells. Also, the way the instruction manual and "warranty booklet" is designed, appears to be an after-thought by someone who has not been a customer - printed in the smallest font possible, only available in English and designed to confuse more than make things easy.Before I go further - as an ex-seafarer we have removed, repaired and installed much bigger "fans", weighing tons, propellers on ships is one example and other "fans" used for everything from cooling to dispersal of fumes and more. I would not have been able to assemble this simple pedestal fan basis only the instruction book, if I did not have that experience - the reverse thread blade lock nut needs to be better explained - and probably not pre-tightened.Self-assembly standards are set now by vendors like IKEA, with instruction books that are well designed and easy to follow, but can not say the same for what came with this fan. Instruction books must come in Indian languages.In addition, I do not know what the design guys were thinking about, when they made this complicated plastic drop wedge plus screw arrangement for fixing the front and back parts of the fan guard. To fix the bottom one, I may have to hold the assembled fan upside down?Once assembled, the fan is worth the price, and retains our faith in Havells. Visible wire and plug are ISI marked, for which, very grateful.Once again, fan is good, but free or paid assembly at site should have been provided as an option in advance for online purchase.

I got this fan for use in my kitchen considering scorching summers...The best part is that it stands on its own base,so no space occupied on kitchen slab...The fan assembly was also simple...seems good quality...works well,as of now......doesn't make too much noise...looks good...I have relief whenever I enter kitchen after getting this fan...Edit: after 1 month of use,the rotating fan just fell off from it's juction with its stand spontaneously...thankfully nobody was there and therefore no casualties....

Awesome product, Value for money

The media could not be loaded. We already have this same havells fan at home. Wanted to get another one.. The previous one was bought in store 5 years back. There are few differences in the one which I bought from online. 1.the fan blade metal 2. Speed. Other than that it's good. Only problem is installation..no proper guide or Pamplet is given for assembling. Have adjustable neck, overall quality is good. U can buy it.

Very low air flow for high speed setting. wast of money
