Great lifting belt
I love the belt, it’s sturdy and can be adjusted to fit a range of sizes (runs a little big, as mentioned in the size chart, size down if in between sizes). This is my first lifting belt so I didn’t want to go for one that was too expensive, the price I paid for this is well worth the money.

It's a good cheap belt
Decent gym belt for the price. Isn't the most comfortable but it does it's job

Great value in a lift belt
The name is weird but the product is solid. I don’t see the purpose in investing in expensive lifting equipment until you’re getting into true powerlifting territory and your squats and DLs exceed 500 lbs - that’s where the best quality might matter due to the extended stress that kind of weight puts on your straps, belts, etc. that being said, my current squat is around 380 for a max and my latest PR for DL is 425 lbs. This belt feels like a major upgrade over my basic $25 belt I got from the E26 or whatever that brand is, which is a great brand and helped me feel secure with an adjustable Velcro strap style belt. But once I got to the 3+ plate territory I felt like that belt was maybe a bit undeserving. So I got this IBRO belt. The name is kinda weird but it feels a lot stronger and helps me stay composed during heavy squats and deadlifts where my older belt didn’t. I highly recommend this for anyone that’s graduating from the beginner level lifting to intermediate and want to be cost conscious without getting a trash product. I imagine that if I add another 100-200 lbs to my squat and deadlift I may eventually consider an even greater quality belt. But for now, with where I’m at, this belt is serving me very well.

Great support
Got this for my son for Christmas, he says it works well for him and was able to increase his squats with the support of this belt.

Good quality just not for me.
Very stiff and large. Good quality, just uncomfortable for a smaller waist. I felt the belt digging into my ribs when doing hack squats. Might be good for regular squats or bench press.
