very satisfied
So glad I waited for this one to try air frying. Easy to use and convenient. Solid tray is available for sliding under air fry basket to eliminate oily messes. Easy to clean. The small convenient size and multi uses of baking, toasting, air frying, broiling saves loads of counter space. But its size still allows larger quantities when air frying. The only con is that the trays slide all the way out of the oven. There is not that little tilting them to disengage them before removing them completely from the oven.

A great addition to any kitchen when only cooking for 2 people
I got the air fryer for Christmas and since then, my wife and I use it regularly to cook dinners for two. It saves a lot of time because it heats up quickly and energy because we don't have to use the over or microwave that typically takes longer and doesn't brown the meats or crisp a fried chicken piece. The size is perfect. It sits on the countertip and takes up a lot less space than a microwave. We are very happy with it.

It works
The media could not be loaded. I have been using a Philip XL airfryer since 2016 and that machine is still working well until today. However, I am looking to upgrade to something bigger and in stainless steel so it can match with my new kitchen. My XL Phillip is like the first model and the basket it comes with is not nonstick so right now it looks like hell inside eventhough I have tried to keep it clean. FYI, they do sell a nonstick basket for that model but it was constantly out of stock when I first bought that airfryer (airfryer was something super new at that time) and later on I didn't feel like spending the extra bucks for it. Anyway, this airfryer is smaller than what I planned to buy but this is also planned. Let me explain why. I am no longer want a brand-name or bigger brand airfryer. They are not perfect in any way and they are expensive. After years of using airfryer, I realized it's okay to spend $$$ on a cheaper one and have it replaced with something else every few years rather than spending big bucks to stick with an old model for years. They are like cellphones, you know, they come out new models way too often. And I am not the kind of all instantpot, all airfryer kind of kitchen woman. I have so many "toys" in my kitchen and airfryer is just one of them. It can't replaced my oven in any mean (and yes, I would spend big bucks on stove and oven). I use my airfryer mostly to "refry" already fried stuffs and reheat breads and such. I do make different dishes in the airfryer but only when I don't plan to make large portion (well, obviously) and casual dishes (so for example if I cook a whole bone in lamb shank, I would prefer cooking them in the oven even if it fits in my airfryer). That's something very important if you plan to purchase an airfryer. You need to know how much you will be using it so you will have a moderate expectation about it. Now back to why I chose this smaller airfryer instead of those above 13-15qt ones. I really like the bigger ones, especially those that have a feature to rotate a whole chicken in it. However, I see that these newer bigger French doors or open front airfryer oven toasters are still sort of in "Beta trial" eventhough they are not something new and they are mostly from unknown brands (well, China brands). They works but they tend to have problem with the doors or the heats, or how they get hot outside...so I was hesitated to spend more money on those. I decided to go with a smaller one of the same kind so I can test it out and probably in 1-2 years (time flies, trust me) I will go for the bigger size like I have always wanted. I got this during a sale so it is a perfect deal just for that purpose. So far, I have tried to cook a few different dishes in this airfryer and it has handled them well. I only use the airfryer mode, by the way, and yes, for every dishes. Also, eventhough I keep saying this airfryer is small, the capacity is still bigger than my old XL Phillip (part of it due to thag it has a toaster/convection oven shape instead of that old style odd shape from Phillip airfryer). There is nothing to complain about the heat, they heat up quick and evenly (for an airfryer). The exterior does get hot but it's not extremely hot, just like my old Phillip. But of course you should not be touching the metal or glass while it cooks just like any bigger ovens. It's safe to touch the filmsy handle, though (lol), those are definitely heat proof. I feel likes I get less food smell when cooking food in it comparing to my Phillip. It does come with enough accessories to play around for its size also. I don't use the airfryer rack it comes with, instead I use the baking rack and the crumbling tray together. I like it that way so the crumbling tray can catch the dripping oil without raising the rack too close the heat base on top. Those accessories can be washed well and easily, but I have not had them long enough to tell if they will last long or if they will start peeling later (I will update if they do). The whole thing, including the accessories, is definitely not made of the best material though. They do look very nice and sturdy enough. The noise this airfryer makes also much better than my old Phillip, you can probably hear it from the video I attached. I personally don't mind the noise much anyway. Overall, I am quite pleased with this purchase (I am not impressed, though). There is nothing really a cons about it except it's not the best quality/material (which I already expected). I still have my old but working Phillip, well, isn't that always the case, it still works (like some of our old cellphones) so we feel bad about throwing it away (and not always easy to give away). So for now, I will just stick with this new airfryer until I can find a close to perfect and bigger airfryer in near future. FYI, my family have 4-5 people: I, my husband and 2 kids with one baby on the way. Just an extra note about the size of the airfryer, eventhough I would love a bigger one with rotating whole chicken thing, I actually think I likely would still use my traditional oven to cook something like a whole chicken or go with my Cyprus grill if I want to be extra. So sometimes just because you like a feature doesn't necessarily mean you really need it or you will be using much. But still, I get it, it's nice to have the extra, right.

Easy to clean!
Tried other drawer style air fryers. Love foods cooked in them but hated the clean up. this one is easy! And we love that replaces the toaster oven and other air fryer. Great for people with limited space.

Everything works
I have not tried Broil yet, but everything else works as it is supposed to. The only draw back is there is no "preheat" function. So I just turn it on a few minutes before I add the food to let it preheat. I love this thing. Keeps me from having to heat of the large oven.

Does it all
Wish a recipe book came with it

Geek multi-use oven
I have used the baking part and I advise that if it calls for cheese on top, to wait until i is nearly done and then put cheese on and put back in for just a little while

Great Product
Unit toasts, doesn’t create a crouton. The air fryer does a nice job and perfect size for 2 people. Doesn’t take up much counter space and with it being a little taller than a regular toaster oven, the fact the unit doesn’t give off heat that can damage the cabinets above it is a great feature!
