⚡ Stay Connected, Stay Ahead: The Silver Standard in Conductive Grease
MG Chemicals 8463A-3ML Silver Conductive Grease is a silicone-based paste designed to improve electrical connections between irregular surfaces. Featuring ultra-low resistivity (<0.2 Ω·cm) and high thermal conductivity (1.0 W/(m·K)), it ensures efficient current flow and heat dissipation. Its corrosion-inhibiting properties protect components in demanding mechanical and electrical environments, with a convenient 3mL syringe dispenser for precise application. Rated for use up to 200°C, this greyish-yellow grease is ideal for ground connections, rotary switches, slip rings, and more.

Conductive and lubricating
Before using this product, know that it both improves conductivity between contacting surfaces as well as lubricating them. If used on a plug/socket connection it makes the electrical conductivity between the two surfaces seamless, but it can also cause the plug to fall right out of the socket, with no cure other than vigorously taping it into place. That was my first use, and my only mistake, using it on a T9 light bulb connector that was arcing and flickering. The arcing and flickering stopped, but the connector would not stay on at all. I had to replace the fixture. Other, better uses included improving battery terminal connection in my LED flashlight, which I had to bang against my leg periodically to get the light to shine properly. The silver grease fixed that problem perfectly. I also used it on a bad audio connection in an earphone (carefully, with minuscule grease), which also solved the problem. This being grease, it does travel quite easily. Without painstaking care, it can smear across surfaces, possibly connecting things that ought not be connected. The quantity sold is very small, but the quantity needed for any problem is almost microscopic. Oh, and I haven't got a clue how to clean it up if it gets on anything. It works great, but be careful.

Conductive cement paste
I don't write reviews, but this is such a disappointment I had to. The video shows "grease" that is fairly liquid and even show them packing it into a bearing. I put this in a $300 bearing and it came out a dry clumpy paste that looks and behaves more like cement than grease. Imagine this, a very high end bearing SEIZED UP. I am a fit man in my prime, with all of my strength I can't get the bearing to spin. This stuff is pure trash. It is indeed conductive so if you want conductive cement this is your item. My guess is the product itself is supposed to be good (based on video) but either this is an outrageously old or poorly made batch. Other reviews say the same I should have listened.

Camper connection
We had a sloppy connection in our camper’s control panel that led to intermittent issues. A little dab of this in the connector fixed our issue until we could get around to replacing the entire control box. Worked for our needs, and overall was very happy with it!

exceptional conducting Grease If...
.....If you know what you're doing. The silver in the silicon base makes it an ideal conductor of electricity. is best used on the pins of contacts, the end of lightbulbs, or a little dab on the side of a light socket and other electrical contact conectors in automobile wiring garneses, etc. be careful not to smear it across other pins that may be in the connector because electricity will follow so be careful. It does smear and spread easily and a little bit goes a looong way. once it spreads to an area you don't want it to be touching, it is extremely difficult to get off. So be careful and precise. I use it in the Volvo automobile which is notorious for connectors that allow water inside causing lots of electrical issues, especially in the headlight connections that were allowing water inside the connector And leaving behind granular junk inside headlight plugs and shorting out the vehicle Computer and causing false readings and dysfunctional locks, warnings, etc. After cleaning headlight connector boots and putting the silver on the connector pins carefully, I used regular silicone around the electrical plug boot perimeter to seal water out.. if you live down south usa or close to the ocean the salty air is very hard on electric connections and this approach should solve many of your electrical problems I have found. Bottom line: earns Five Stars!

Not nearly as big a tube as I thought it would be for the price, but it works as advertised.

good quality mgchecmials
always impressed with the quality that mg chemicals has. helped me fixed a connector issue on my radio instead of having to replace the cables/unit a little bit on the pins and it was fine.

Not the same product that I purchased 1.5 years ago. Horrible!
This product is not the same as it used to be. I don't know if this is a knock off from China or what, but both tubes were not useable at all. This was so stiff it could hardly be ejected from the tube, and cannot be applied to anything. Non conductive. Wated $106.00

Missing injection tip
Missing the screw on tip to inject the product. Solved my problem with my older car electric contacts. Be careful to use just a small amount. In my case without the injection tip I spent some time to clean up the spill over to avoid short circuits

Good stuff. Does a similar job as Stabilant 22A, but with the added benefit of preventing corrosion, especially on electronic contacts that may be exposed to the elements. There was no "needle" included with mine though, so dispensing and applying the product accurately out of the blunt end of the syringe involved using a toothpick..

This product is of very high quality, but it is also ridiculously expensive for the quantity. Because it is a very dry paste, it doesn’t stick to electric contacts very well. Only with a spatula or a tool can you smear it to cover a surface. I used it to cover big battery posts that are flat, but any other type I would have wasted my money. You can’t even smear it using your finger. I really wish for the price that it would be just a tiny bit more liquid. I’d go with other products from the same supplier for electronics and wrapped connectors applications. I
