Q: Will this work on a 2022 F450?

Yes, it should, I used in on my 2018 F450. If you have Aluminum wheels, the clamp will not work. I strapped mine to the hub instead.

Q: Does the OEM valve stem core need to be removed prior to installation of these extensions, or can they be serviced with all valve cores in place?

you do not need to remove existing valve core but check new ones for tightness
