Can this docking station work with the steam Deck?

I have a surface 2 laptop. has only usb and mini display port. would this support multiple displays plus bluetooth mouse and keyboard (also usb) ?

A prerequisite for using this hub is that the connected device, such as a laptop, has a Type-C port that supports Power Delivery, data transfer, and DisplayPort Alt. All ports can be used at the same time?

I have use most all ports but not all at the same time. I would think this should pose no problems unless ports are drawing a combined load greater than 100W.

can i connect to my camcorder with hdmi port and record to this unit with sims card? will this unit know to loop when full?

This is just a multiport hub, not a smart recording device.
