The grips take some getting used to, and increase the ropes weight some, but good product. The grips do move if you need them to for an exercise that you’re worried about your hands slipping off. Only downside to me is you can’t tie one end to make it shorter to use single handed, have to move the metal piece over.

Had it for a week, so far crushed 3 arm workouts with this. The grips were perfectly and easily slide up and out of the way if i don't want to use them. So far seems solid and durable, i would recommend this product to anyone that is looking for a new add on to their cable machine.

A little expensive but great concept and great product, I’m really enjoying it.

The grips are awesome and comfortable, I like that you have to grip them instead of the ends resting on your inner palms, the rope is just as they look as the ones in uour gym, these will last me forever. Thanks core

I have only used this once since purchasing, however, it was very comfortable and I like the options of the two grip sizes. Mainly why I purchased the product.

It’s a hard rubber that has very little give. For the most part it just widens your grip if that’s what you want.

look and feel great. Love the large yellow grip. Just started lifting but can tell the diff already! : )
