The grips take some getting used to, and increase the ropes weight some, but good product. The grips do move if you need them to for an exercise that you’re worried about your hands slipping off. Only downside to me is you can’t tie one end to make it shorter to use single handed, have to move the metal piece over.

Had it for a week, so far crushed 3 arm workouts with this. The grips were perfectly and easily slide up and out of the way if i don't want to use them. So far seems solid and durable, i would recommend this product to anyone that is looking for a new add on to their cable machine.

I have only used this once since purchasing, however, it was very comfortable and I like the options of the two grip sizes. Mainly why I purchased the product.

Purchased tricep rope for my MWM-988 home gym. Rope is well made, very durable and has a comfortable grip. All at a good cost! Highly recommend.

I bought this a while back and started using it at my new gym. My 3rd time using it then cap came off when I was pulling 130 lbs of weight and my hand slammed into the machine.

A little expensive but great concept and great product, I’m really enjoying it.

The grips are awesome and comfortable, I like that you have to grip them instead of the ends resting on your inner palms, the rope is just as they look as the ones in uour gym, these will last me forever. Thanks core
