If I didn’t know about these I would still be struggling to produce milk. These fit into most of my pumps. They come in different sizes so it’s important to know which size fits you best. There easy to wash and flexible So it doesn’t feel like you even have them on.

So important to make sure you measure yourself and order the right size. I learned a lot of pumps come with a big standard size.

I needed a smaller flange for my wearable pump and this insert works great! Definitely recommend if you need a smaller size than what is usually provided. Cleans easy.

Did what’s intended although some milk would get behind it and make suction a little hard

Should have bought sooner or they should sell it with the pump so you have the option to use this size flange
