SPORT powder - very good! :)
Sport powder - PROS: Less sugar than Liquid IV brand which I like (7g vs 12g), even more electrolytes than top competitors and the regular pedialyte formulas. Overall, highly recommend! Both flavors taste great too. I need a lot of electrolytes daily for POTS, dysautonomia, endurance running / athletic, etc, and this is a great addition to the rotation. These powder packs are also WAY quicker than Nuun brand fizzy tabs (which helps if you're about to faint lol!) plus you don't have the problem of Nuun's carbonation making your closed water bottle / Camelback leak and/or explode water all over you lol!Individually sealed powder packs are also convenient to throw in a backpack or purse (even small enough for your pocket or a spi belt running pouch).Minor CONS: Although I love it, I do wish it was less expensive, wish it came in more flavors, and wish it didn't have the artificial dyes (red 40 and yellow 5). I'll update later on whether or not they stain my water bottle, and whether or not they stay fresh longer than Nuun tabs, which I suspect they will :) (tabs gathered moisture / went stale even in the closed tubes..). Overall, hopefully they'll expand upon this product soon and have more in-store availability too! :)

It Works and tastes good.
I tried many products before I found this.I cannot eat artificial sweeteners they make me sick, and most electrolyte products have artificial sweeteners in them. I am careful with my carbs, but the small amount of additional sugar for me is worth it, That’s how well this works.I used to feel like I could not drink enough. I would drink a gallon of water a day and still feel thirsty and I would get very bad dry mouth.A friend suggested to try working with my electrolytes and I remember just letting it go in one ear and out the other. The dry mouth was driving me crazy so I started down the path of trying different types of products. If I drink 2 to 3 packets per week, I have no dry mouth anymore and I do not have the desperate need for water. (Love the packets. Usually throw one in one of my cooler bottles, put the lid on add my straw, and when I get to my destination, all I do is fill it up with cold water! So simple.

Easy to grab and go
When I go to the gym, I keep a few of these in my gym bag to use to replenish my electrolytes after a sweaty cardio or lifting session. It is nice to mix it up between the different flavors as well.

Stay ahead of the game
I’ve been using the Pedialyte Sport Electrolyte Powder for a few weeks now, and I’m honestly blown away by how much it has improved my hydration during and after exercise. As someone who works out regularly and spends time outdoors, staying hydrated is crucial, and this product has been a game-changer.

Super helpful with headaches, but the dyes!!!
Why, oh, why do we have to put artificial dye in everything? We've been using Pedialyte Sport because it was helping with intense hydration needs after big workouts or on days I didn't have the opportunity to stay hydrated. I have a tendency to get really bad headaches and these have helped so much. Here is the big BUT: they have artificial dyes in them! Why? Why do manufacturers think we need this horrible stuff in our foods? We've since moved to using Trulabs Hydrate because they do not put artificial dyes in their foods. Should Pedialyte have a change in heart and policy and decide to clean up their ingredients, I might try this again. Until then, they're no longer welcome in my kitchen.
