Melts the glue off, but don’t let it near your eyeballs 😭
This remover definitely works, it breaks down lash glue fast and makes removing lash clusters so much easier without losing ur lashes. A little goes a long way and it doesn’t leave sticky residue behind. BUT whewww chile if you get this in your eye?? It burns. Not a surprise since it’s a chemical remover, but still, be extra careful during application. I use a Q-tip and take my time to avoid the sting. also, it doesn’t have a weird scent or anything. it smells like nothing tbh. Overall, it does the job and I’d keep using it & i recommend it to whoever’s reading this to buy it. Just don’t rush the process or your eyeball will regret it 🫠 OH, i also use this with ardell’s lash glue. their clear glue works good too, u will find my other review there 😂

“diSsOLveS iN oNe tO TwO miNuteS” okay, Ardell.
Originally I gave this two stars because the first time I used it, I was able to remove my lashes after about 15 minutes of working the product in, but it was painful and I lost a bunch of lashes. I was upset by how the directions advertised “1-2 minutes” for removal, but figured that with a little more time and patience I could do it without ripping out half my natural lashes. Now, if I could give this product zero stars, I would. I bought this remover after using the Ardell LashTite adhesive to put on small clusters before a vacation. After returning, my lashes started to bother me so I decided to remove them. After 30 minutes of patiently working the remover in, it became clear that my lashes were not going to budge. I decided to take a hot shower and let the water run over my face for 5 minutes in hopes of softening the adhesive. Over an hour later of still patiently working in the remover, I’ve finally gotten all my extensions off, but I’ve lost so many natural eyelashes with it. This product does NOT work and it burns so bad. Please steer clear of this and its associated LashTite adhesive. I’m absolutely devastated over the current state of my lashes and I’m just hoping I can get them back to looking normal before my wedding in several months.

Works great and no stinging!!
I don't normally write reviews, but I've been trying for a few months now to find a glue that can keep my lashes on in all weather, (as I'm a truck driver). The black Ardell Lash Tite for individual lashes is doing the trick. But nothing will take this glue off except for this product! My first couple of tries were a disaster! Horrible stinging and losing lashes!! I was so disappointed I stayed lash less for 2 weeks, lol. Then decided to try again. This time I used a cotton swab tip. I dipped it into the product and then held it against my lashes going up ward. (So on the same side of putting mascara on). My lashes were actually sticking up on my eyelids, looked horrifying! Lol, but this keeps the product from going into your eyes. I actually had to do this twice, rolling the cotton swab upwards so all sides of the swab were black afterwards. Then I let it sit for about 15 min, +/- then I soaked a wash cloth in Hot water and held it over my eyes, pressing down on the lids. (No rubbing or pulling) Had to repeat a couple of times, but bit by bit they came off with no sting and no loss of lashes!! I'm so happy with this, as I kept my lashes on for 10 days and can redo them since I didn't lose any! Sorry this is so long, but I saw there were alot of gals having the same problem with stinging and losing lashes, so I hope this helps someone. :)

If this your first time doing a removal, then not for you
Note: This review is made by a first timer. I bought this because I just needed to remove some eyelashes I got as a model for someone. It says it melt the eyelash glue easily so I expected it to just fall off after a minute or two of rubbing it with my eyelash brush but nope. It was so frustrating because I had a lash hanging off the last eyelash, was awful, and no matter how much I rub it was not coming off. I ended up giving up and just pulling the eyelash out after this not working. The girl said she used a strong eyelash glue, so this could contribute to my issue. Overall, I would say it took the middle eyelashes out very well. After a few rubs, a majority of them fell right out. Just do not open your eyes before rinsing this off. Painful! My eye still hurt from this. I give this a 7/10.

It does the job... with some pain and time
This remover does work with the Ardel glue but it does sting more than the glue if it gets in your eyes. It is also more likely to get in your eyes due to its watery consistency. It also takes time, so I would not recommend to someone impatient (like me) almost ripping all my lashes out. I also made the mistake using a spoolie on my lashes trying to remove them with this remover, as I was rubbing my skin with a spoolie causing a pimple like ball on my eye lid and irritating my skin for more than 2 days. It does have a smell but not as strong as the glue in my opinion. I recommend using a tiny liner brush to apply. The lil pimple did go away after it oozing out with in a week. I would have 5 starred it if it didn't sting and if I didn't have to wait.

this is the only remover you will ever need
* this is the only adhesive remover you'll ever need and I stand by it. I've tested this remover on multiple different types of lash adhesives and this remover worked better than over half of the brand removers that came with the brand adhesive I used! * I've read alot of reviews regarding the burning of this product and I will say that only happens if you use it incorrectly and it gets in your eye. in my experience, it's best to use a cotton swab that you dip into the remover and run a light layer of remover over your lash line, then go by sections lifting and pressing your eyelash up to your eyelid with a free finger and very gently rubbing the cotton swab along the glue base in a back and forth motion, getting a new swab or redipping as necessary 🫶 hope that helps someone and remember patience is key! * overall this is my go to lash adhesive remover because it removes not only ardell adhesives but any other brand adhesives you can think of! it's also worth the price because the bottle is decent sized considering you don't need much to get the job done.

Never Buy This.
To be honest, if I could I would give this product 0 out of 5 stars which is absolutely tragic to say. I have been struggling to find a product that could get my lash clusters to stay, so when I found the lash adhesive I was elated. However, when it came time to remove the clusters I ordered the adhesive remover. I had ordered the 2 oz bottle thinking I would need the larger one, because I used clusters religiously. However, when it got here I was immediately disappointed. The smell for one is just awful and it's the weird green color, that just looks like battery acid. It's very off putting and it's not that welcoming, to make matters worse it literally feels like pouring battery acid on your eye. Heaven forbid even a tiny drop gets on your eye it's the most painful thing I've ever felt in my life. Don't even get me started on the fact that it does not even remotely remove the adhesive it's "specifically formulated" for. I tried for 2 days to remove the lashes and instead the product removed my natural lashes. I now sport two eyes with horrendous bald patches. I would highly recommend no one ever gets this product, I was absolutely disappointed with the state of this product.
