Very sharp tiny teeth -CUTS ICE
I make my own large ICE CUBES. You don't need a lot of force to cut ice, you just need a lot of small very sharp teeth and a very long blade. I make a large square pan of frozen ice and use this to score the ice (nice small sarations in the blade) , then firmly hold the blade in the groove, and a quick hit with a meat hammer to the back of the blade. The ice cracks nicely. Very helpful. I would recommend you check for broken teeth as a precaution but I've done this 4 times now and no issues so far. Wish the wood handle was a little fatter but thats a small issue.

Better than I expected
Blade 1 inch bigger than description Is 13 inch. Exactly what I was looking 💜 for the price is fantastic.

Not Bad
My wife says this knife works well on cheese and cake, but she struggles to get a good cut on bread. She has tried various breads, trying home-baked and fresh from the store. She also has a bread holder/slicer, but still can't seem to get clean cuts. So she elected to give this an average rating review.

Great for a differant purpose.
As a bread knife it was too flexible for the type of loaf I bought it for. ( Very crisp crust). However this is an outstanding knife for cheese making. ( cutting curd.) For that I give it 5 stars.
