It's an good safe for the price. Had a few issues with the fingerprint reader but for the most part it works.

Seems to work fine. I live in the Communist socialist republic of California, Which requires us to keep our firearms in a locked container inside our vehicles. Because god forbid you protect yourself from being violently robbed, attacked, raped or murdered. I keep it on the front seat of my car so I have quick access to my firearm if the need ever arises. And with the rapid decline of society that possibility is ever more likely. especially in a state where criminals are favored over law-abiding citizens. Safe box is sufficient..nothing to write home about, but will suffice just fine.Fingerprint reader works fine. Don't listen to reviews that state otherwise. Some people just don't understand how to properly use a Fingerprint scanner..it's sad, yet very true in our we think we know everything millennial world. It works about 95% of the time...no different than my Samsung cell phone.However - What you see in the pictures most likely wont be what you get. As you can clearly see in the Review videos...2 different people...2 different safe boxes...Mine looks nothing like those 2 either. So clearly they send whatever Chinese 3rd party product is in their warehouse at said time.Description states internal light for night time visibility.... mine has no such feature.Description claims USB backup in the event batteries die and you don't have the keys....mine has no such feature..not a single spot to plug in a USB.Came with a wire that you are supposed to use as theft protection.... use these all the time for different things....this safe box, has NO WHERE to attach it....it doesn't belong with it and cannot be attached.I'd ask for a replacement but then cancled, because I have no idea what I'll be sent in place of what I was sent.It works and does the job, so I'll keep it.Just be weary of what you are purchasing when you buy from these companies with brand names you couldn't pronounce with the help of a linguistics college professor.

The media could not be loaded.  It's actually bigger than I thought. It's reasonably heavy too. It stores a lot of fingerprints, so I stored my index finger several times. It opens quickly and had a quiet spring. You can turn off the beep if you like. It doesn't seem to come up easily in the search, so I wanted to rate it - because it's great value for the money, compared to the others.

I didn’t use this to store a firearm but instead I used it to store jewelry and other valuables. The biometric lock was easy to program and use

The media could not be loaded.  If you read the directions, It is an easy setup for fingerprints and seems to work great, using the keys, no problem with that either. Not heavily springing when opened which is nice it doesn't jolt open, it has a nice soft opening lid. Kind of a sleek design. Could definitely hold 2 full sized pistols. Very Impressed for the price.

Then it became the biggest paper weight in my house. Doesn’t work.
