This very handsome mug with quality engraving is an extraordinary value. It was also arrived very quickly. I have no doubt my nephew will be thrilled with his Christmas gift! Because it hasn’t been used yet, I can’t attest to how hot or cold it keeps drinks nor how well it does in the dishwasher. However, I have no reason to doubt it’s quality. 100% satisfied!

Got the garnet color with my sister’s name across the middle. I remember her asking for one back in October. So I knew that was one Christmas gift down. She loved it!

The writing and pattern is soooooooo small but I guess it's ok i bought it for my boyfriend. Its been a few months and he still uses it . Wouldn't buy again though...

I ordered this for a coworker for Xmas and it came in with a dent , it was packaged nice so I know it didn’t happen in shipping . Ridiculous now I either have to give a damaged gift or nothing at all . Not happy

I got this for my dad for Christmas. He uses it just about every day the lettering is very durable and hasn’t faded at all compared to others that peel/wipe off.

The cup you can find at Walmart for cheap and the engraving is not very clear so I am disappointed at the price due to the quality
