Feature Rich Fun Drone
Firstly, make sure you have read the FAA’s webpage discussing “getting started” with your new drone and review whether you need to register this drone with the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration). At a minimum, even if you are not required to register the drone with FAA, you must 1) learn the rules for recreational flyers, 2) take the Recreational UAS Safety Test, 3) learn where you can and cannot fly the drone, 4) and check online media for other useful tips and information for new drone pilots. All of this information is freely available on the FAA’s website and the test is free. You are required to keep documentation of successful passage (completion certificate) of the test with you.I weighed the drone, and it is approximately 72 grams, less than the 250 grams weight in which FAA will place additional requirements on you. This kit provides 2 rechargeable battery packs for the drone, and you will need to supply 3 AAA batteries for the controller. There is 1 additional set of propellers, and I would strongly advise you to repack the spares in a zip lock pouch as there are some extremely small parts (screws) that are easily misplaced. Upon opening the set, have the storage pouch ready and do it over a flat surface in the event some of the small parts fall out (which they will). I had a plastic bin (from Amazon) nearby in which I placed the parts. Fortunately, the tiny screws are magnetic, and you can use a magnet to sweep the area if 1 is dropped.Assembly is straightforward, but the instruction sheet is useless in putting together the guard frames and you will have to intuitively assemble all 4 of them. Make sure you have a method to retrieve the 4 small screws during this assembly-if they fall on the floor, you may never locate them.Tips: Practice the “one-button take-off and landing” first and then experiment with the controls while in this mode. This will get you going quickly, even if you are a newbie, like myself. Then, fine tune the controls as the drone will yaw to some extent. Fine tuning is required for all drones, so read the instructions on how to do this.Make sure the 4 propeller shafts are fully deployed before each flight or you will have great difficulty controlling the drone.I could not get the Bluetooth connection working so taking photos or videos is temporarily not possible.Bottom Line: Extraordinary fun, even for us 65+ folks. I highly recommend that you first review the FAA guidelines, take the test, and then have fun!

The drone is designed to be easy to operate, with simple controls that kids can quickly learn to use. Additionally, the drone can be operated via a remote control, making it easy to fly and control. The drone also has a variety of features that make it fun to fly. It can perform 360-degree flips and rolls, making it easy to create exciting and dynamic flight patterns. A Good Cheap Drone
This was my first drone and overall, it was a good experience. It's very easy to get going, I recommend using this drone inside only, it was very easy to control inside, the second we went outside with it, it was VERY difficult to control and ultimately what led to its demise. I wanted to check the gutters on my house, which I was able to do, but our gutters were quite high up and this little drone did everything it could to hang in there, but ultimately a gust of wind swept it away. I couldn't fight the wind, with the propellers spinning it had enough lift to just go go go. Eventually out of range and then gone forever. Thankfully, no one or thing was hurt in this experience, other than my pride. The video quality is really poor, I remember when 720P was good, while I was not expecting 4k 60FPS quality, this was worn VHS tape bad.The flights inside were much safer and easier, it's pretty quick to get use to flying this thing. The app is pretty terrible, so use at your own risk. If you want a fun little toy to play with, it's great. I wish it had fewer features honestly, it does so much stuff it seems like it does nothing really well. Then again, it's a 4-axis little drone for $54... and it works! Which is kind of mind blowing to me.Despite its short life, I have no regrets about this, it saved me trying to reach a gutter that was 40' up, and was fun using in the house before that.
