Effective and versatile with minor limitations This copper tape works very well and is surprisingly versatile. I originally bought it as a slug repellent, and it’s been effective so far when placed around plant pots and raised beds. The 50mm width is generous, and the roll length offers great value. The double-sided conductive adhesive sticks well and makes it useful for other projects too — I’ve also used it for small DIY crafts and basic grounding tasks, and it performed exactly as expected. It cuts easily and looks neat once applied. The only downside is that surfaces need to be very clean and dry for the tape to adhere properly, and over time the adhesive can weaken outdoors. Still, for the price and range of uses, it’s a solid product and worth buying.

Seems to work well and nice solution

I used this to line the pots and pickups cutout areas of my electric bass guitar to cut out hum. Works great as a screen for this purpose. It is easy to cut to shape and being self-adhesive is so easy to fix in place and shape into the contours. Excellent product for this purpose.

This is not made of copper. It has a very thin copper coating.

Did a great job, plenty of tape good value for money and quality. Easy to peel and stick!

This does work extremely well however I did staple it to the tops of my planters as I thought the rain would weaken the sticky glue, it is worth every penny and I am so happy to see flowers instead of stalks I will buy this product again as and when I need it it is good value for money and goes a long way, also I dont think it harms the snails as they disappear after a time it just seems to stop them coming too close to the copper tape.

I bought this to upcycle furniture and not to dissuade slugs. The tape sticks really well to wood, is very forgiving and beautiful. My one complaint is that the edges of the first 18” were damaged, despite the plastic wrapper. Sorry I can’t show you a photo. For some reason it doesn’t comply.
