Not bad at all for "not a medical device"
Ok I died, but after CPR and being shocked 7 times , recovered mostly, on getting out I decided to order this on saturday and got it on the monday.currently my pulse is higher than normal , about 90 or so and spo2 is low 90's but improving, so a bit low energy and tending to be a little breathless, so this device is helping me monitor my progress and let me lnow when i need a breather. The device is very easy to use just slip it over your finger and in a few seconds its giving a reading. pretty much the same as regular medical equipment, the manufacturer says this is not a medical device probably to avoid legal liabilitywhich is fair enough, it wouldnt be affordable otherwise. On IOS the app doesn't integrate with apple health so you can only add manual entrys thats the reason for 4 stars. The App is free and a bit tricky to navigate at first most dialog boxes are English with the odd one in chinese you need to register an email address and password e.g fingerbobs. there is an email sent with a code to enter in and thats mostly that. The device and phone bind over bluetooth and if you open the app and put your finger in in a few seconds its logging data, a logging session can be exported as an excel spreadsheet its basically a set of readings recorded every second for the session. In app each session has a summary and there is a bit of colour coding , one session had an orange bar indicating my spo2 had dipped below a level.there is a device settings page which lets you turn alarms of ect once you are happy click save and its uploaded to the device. The Display rotate function i couldnt figure out its got an auto rotate check mark in settings but i couldnt get it to rotate.I just found something theres a clicky button on the device long press opens a menu in tiny font and i think you can change settings there as well, maybe thats how to do the rotate.Hacking/ writing your own app.I'm pretty sure this is a BLE bluetooth low energy device pushing out a data packet a second. Github has a project that decodes a 5 byte block from a similar device. Google BCL protocolSo great device incredible value, if it had apple health integration , would be 100% and more expensive. I mean my cheap smart watch recorded my pulse when my heart rate crashed to the 40's having good data can help get us back to health safely. Highly recommend this device, could be a life saver.Just figured out the display acts as a clicky button which switches display orientation and whats displayed (like an ecg type graph its actually rhythm so if its eratic you might need a change in treatment). It's not classed as a medical device so things need to be authenticated through a DR.

A very good design and easy to use.
I had to monitor my oxygen and pulse for a period and this was my first purchase of such a device. It is a dream to use, just insert a finger and wait for a settled reading. It starts automatically and will switch off automatically when you slip it off. The info screen is not large but it is well lit and I found it easy to read.

Really accurate device
Only problem is you have to remember to charge although it lasts for about two months. Good value small device very easy to use, also fits into bags

Bluetooth/App horrific
App doesn’t work - don’t know where those photos with it in English are from because it won’t change out of the Chinese language it’s in. Won’t offer any other region than China. Absolutely pointless. Even when trying to login/register it was a total faff, didn’t work and took ages loading each page, some not even loading at all.
