Do not put in dishwasher. I had to purchase a replacement. It literally says hand wash but kids right. Works great and very pleased it fit well.

Ours that came with our original vacuume got out in the dishwasher and melted…… I was deveststed because I have all hardwood floors. I saw this and thought I’d give it a try-it’s cheaper than replacing the $300 vaccuume, right? Well, it works perfectly and you would never know it was not the orginal!

I had to order a fast replacement after I put the original in the dishwasher and it warped. I normally push the button to turn off heat dry, but completely forgot to do it this last time. Just a psa, I own the Bissell Crosswave Pet Pro with the strainer and this was a complete match!
