Bought this for my 11 yr old son when riding dirt bikes and I'm pleasantly surprised at how good it works. He's not racing, just trails and easy sand tracks as he learns to ride and this vest is perfect for it. He has tested it with a couple of tumbles and so far it provides good protection, is light weight, and does not shift around while riding. He is approx 4 1/2 ft tall and 85 lbs and a large fits about right.

The M Fits my 4 yo perfect. And it’s easy enough to adorn that she can do it herself.

(Beware). While the protector has fit him well. After about a dozen minimal uses the Velcro is completely unusable. Now we will buy the better brand and be out the money from this. Customer service was not helpful. **********Fits my 6 year old rider. He has room to grow. Matches other brands for half the price. It’s adjustable so he will get a few years out of it. Durable and comfortable. He doesn’t complain while wearing it.

Nice quality, comfortable, adjustable, looks cool, easy to remove and put on - even while wearing a helmet. My 6 year old (3' 9" and 45 lbs) wears this for BMX racing. He says it's very comfortable to wear, and he gets a lot of compliments on his awesome looking armor.

What a great buy. Was skeptical on the size.However my son just turned 4 and it fits him perfectly ! Comes down just to the bottom of his back, so doesn't get in the way of him sitting.Son is super comfy in it, just did over 4 miles of riding in it for over 1.5 hours and son was very happy in it !Well made, many adjustments as he grows and great protection !

Had a wreck day 2 after getting this. Couple scratches on the vest and buttons but no scratches on kid.Highly recommend. He is 3 and the small one fits him perfect with plenty of room to grow.

I purchased the medium size for my daughter who is just south of 4 feet tall and it fits well, but also leaves some room for her to grow since it's adjustable. My only complaint is that some of the stitching on the front armor has come out and we'll need to re-sow it, so it doesn't come off. It might just be an anomaly, but worth noting for others. However, for the money, I'd still buy it again, cuz it seems like an easy fix.
