I bought this via Amazon refurbished devices. It did come in 'almost new' bar the original packaging. The original strap that came with it was not good. So, I bought a new strap, that looks far better. The setup was moderately easy, but lack of battery charge delayed the matter. However after giving a full charge, it was good to go. The features in them are exciting and the things I liked were its accuracy in BP detection, body composition and HRM. The shock was that, the battery lasted only for 6 hrs. I was absolutely irate and was planning to resend it next day. I reluctantly put that to full charge again (it took 2hrs to get to full capacity). Next day, determined to post it back, i went on with my day wearing this watch with all its features turned on. By evening when, I was about to pack; after 12 hrs since last charge, the remaining power was still @ 45%!!!. That was my big suprise and a decision making moment to keep it. So, folks.. give it a try before you decide returning. It is indeed a great piece of equipment. I believe its worth every penny I paid.

Battery life not good xx

I liked the features, design and build quality. Down side needs charging a lot. Also some features don't work with my android phone.

It is a very nice watch and is good value but I ordered excellent condition and it had many scratches and marks on it. Fortunately I was given some money back for this product.

Great watch thanks

One of the reasons I bought the watch is for contactless mobile payment as per advertised. However, the Samsung Pay/Wallet app doesn't load my card. Apparently, searching online reveals that the app has stopped working for many people in the Samsung updates that happened last year. Very annoying! Aside from that, the battery life doesn't even last 24 hrs!

Battery is no more than 24h and no more than my 5+ year old gear s3. They say that Samsung went to Wearos for developers, but I see nothing that Tizen can't do. All I got was an arguably worse UI (especially in bezel usage), no face I realy like (I love Chronograph+) and nothing the previous gen can provide other than 1mm size diffrence. If you want Wearos, its properly one of the best on the market, and I hope it was just bad referb with the battery.
