I have a TOPENS RK1200T installed on my large sliding gate. The motor unit and all accessories are very good quality and the kit comes with decent installation instructions in English!Recently I had a slight issue with the installation, after contacting Topens support I received a quick response from Joyce who helped me diagnose the problem and fix my issue very quickly.I must say their support was exceptional.I would not hesitate in recommending this product for the following reasons - Price, quality and support.!

Our builder installed our gates but said the system was easy to install. Gates work a treat

Had to send two separate electricians out to try and resolve which had cost me a lot of money. The system is faulty, and won't engage. Very annoyed and dissatisfied.

The installation instructions are clear but the concrete bolt provided had a different diameter than what specified in the manual, so I lost a day waiting to buy the right drill bit.Cable management is idiotic: everything seems designed to handle tiny wires and it's a pain to feed wires through the holes at the bottom, and to connect them to the control board.Magnetic limit switches are a really weird choice. Fiddly to install and of fiddly construction. What's wrong with tried and tested classic limit switches?The very good thing though is that the control board has 2 LEDs that inform you if the magnetic switch is active or not which is super helpful, well done.The cover case is very flimsy and I doubt it will offer much weather protection.The 230V light provided has a quality worse than a cheap toy. It's absolutely not water tight, and it's really puzzling why they had to go for an unsafe 230V on an enclosure that invites in water and has no provisions for making it water resistant.I replaced my broken Came BK1200 sliding gate with this Topens and the difference in overall quality is striking. If I didn't spend already all this effort to install the Topens I'd go back to a Came or another reputable brand.The remote construction and reception are great. And

I have installed this topens gate opener and all went smoothly and the gate is working well. I did have an issue with the circuit board , however the customer service were very responsive and helpful . They sent me a replacement straight away which is now working .

I purchased and installed this opener on my sliding gate. The instructions were easy to follow and the installation was a breeze. Only problem I had was with the positioning of the magnetic stops but after an email to customer services they were right onto it. They emailed me back with bags of reassurance and instructions accompanied with video guide on how to resolve the issue. Everything works fine now thank you for a 1st class customer service.

Fitted on a sliding gate. I wasn’t sure how much it weighed so went for the RK1200T.Instruction were easy to follow and the motor itself seems good.Only time will tell and I’ll let you know if there are any problems.As it stand I’m really pleased with the results.
