Q: trying To adjust the sensitivity , the instructions it says hold the lock and unlock button for three seconds but nothing happens?

Mine also doesn't work when you hold down both buttons. But, just holding down the unlock button works for me too. Simple, just hold down the unlock button, hear the number of beats denoting the sensitivity level, then just tap the lock button to increase sensitivity or tap the unlock button to decrease sensitivity. Just keep tapping whichever one you want until you hear the beeps letting you know which sensitivity level your on. Mine is on my boat and on level 4 hard rain was setting it off. Level 2 seems best for me.

installation is as follows theres 2 wires positive and negative they go on battery and screw siren near battery. PROBLEM IS THIS SIREN SETTINGS ARE SENSITIVE SAVE YOUR MONEY ITS GABAGE

Q: Is this works when someone try to steal your catalyst from your car? Can this alarm activates when someone is under you car?

Anything that vibrates your car. If they are jacking up your car, or using a portable power saw, that should trigger it. Even when the sensitivity is very low (like on 1).

Q: How loud is siren when it goes off whats the distance it can be heard

It is loud, distance would be several blocks. It is also very sensitive so set it at lowest sensitivity or cars driving by will set it off.
