Looks great, works great. Took a chance with some bad reviews because I liked the design. Looks very well built.Paired it with the Greenway water filter.I like the on-demand hot water. Some reviewers did not. It only takes a few min. to boil. Very hot! The blue LED lighting in the dispensing area is kinda cool too.I'll give it 6 months and update my review.-->> ***Update at 6 month ownership***Have owned for 6 months now. Still give it 5 stars. Only problem I've had... Once time I hit the hot water button and nothing happened. Just unplugged the cooler and plugged it back in. Worked fine after that.It's still cooling great and is very quiet. Actually quieter than when new. Hot water is still boiling hot. No leaks, no nothing!Will update at one year or if I have an issue earlier than that. Again, very happy with this purchase.-->> Update at 18 month ownership***Owned for about year and a half now. Working great. I clean with 50% vinegar - 50% water solution every 6-8 weeks to sanitize, I never use bleach.Hot water still hot. Cold still cold. Once a month I unplug to power cycle/reboot...Still happy with this purchase.->> Update at 3 years ownership***Still going strong... No issues. Best cooler I've ever owned!

Love it Looks great no problems water is nice and cold. It's a bit loud when you put the water to heat not a big deal! I love the child safety on the hot water. Wish it was an option for the cold water, my baby likes to water the carpet! 😉

Enjoying the dispenser. Hot water is very hot. Cold water could be colder, but cold enough for me. Very updated look & design. Happy with purchase.

Water is ok to load and is hot or cold. It does take time to switch to hot and the buttons to do so are tricky. Overall it is an ok machine.

Hate it. I bought this water cooler to replace my current one that after 5 years started making humming noise. When I plugged this one in... it hummed even louder. The dispense buttons are also feel cheap and they could easily break off. Don't buy this. It looks cool, but not worth it. And I want to return it, but they are saying its not returnable!!! Stay away!!

So far so good using with my zero water filtration system cold and hot not the best , but very happy with the quality of the unit

I love the way the unit looks and the water is nice and chilled... however, whenever the compressor turns on, it is so LOUD that I have to turn up the tv!!! I would not recommend this unit. The one I was renting from Crystal Springs was very quiet! I feel as though I've wasted my money here!

Quiet and works great. Water is nice and cold and hot is hot. Hot side has a safety feature so kids can’t get burned. I should have looked for a cooler with a safety feature for the cold. Baby can pull down lever and spills water. Easy to clean inside
