I have been going through chemo, immuno, and radiation therapy. All are very hard on the gut. This was a very important part of my healing regimen. I could definitely tell when I did and didn't take it. Highly recommend. It does great in smoothies and chia puddings :).

I was pretty sure i had leaky gut for years, which would make my heart race. A few days into taking this and that has disappeared, and i found i can eat more foods again.

This does not dissolve well in water and it definitely does not dissolve well in hot liquids! I tried it and it coagulated. It's so expensive I did not want to waste it so I then tried to dissolve it with my mixer and it turned to foam. As to whether or not it helps, time will tell...

Great for my stomach. No favor add to my hot tea or coffe, love it.
