When seat belt extenders don't work
When a seat belt is too tight, your first instinct is to get a seat belt extender. But those only work if the buckle that is attached to the car seat is RIGID, and not flexible. Unfortunately, the 2018 subaru impreza buckle is flexible...rendering seat belt extenders useless because it doesn't matter how long of an extender you get. The moment you buckle up, the seat belt will tighten up around your stomach thanks to the flexible/bendable buckle. This is where the seat belt clip proves to be the better choice. All you have to do is clip it to the seat belt, slide it up, and it prevents the seat belt from tightening up! Great product.

Made our new seatbelts more comfortable
The seatbelts in our new motorhome, as installed, are very uncomfortable because they press into my neck. There is no adjustment and using them was almost intolerable after about an hour of driving. We decided to give these a try and they are exactly what we needed/wanted. When attached to the seatbelts correctly, they hold the seatbelt in place but not with the same discomfort. Recommended product.

ONE OF THOSE MUST HAVE PRODUCTS.
Oh my gosh - this dog seat belt is the BEST. Had a similar product but it was no where as good as this one. The clamp on this one is so easy to use. The bungee gives the dog more movement and won't jerk him as bad during sudden stops. Also on the old one the buckle that went into the car seat belt actually bent and he had to throw it away. I was so please to find one like this on Amazon. No one should EVER drive in a car with a dog without this product. Could save their life and possible yours!!!! Cheap investment - so get one NOW.

Love the quick release latch and bungee/ give in the leash.
This is great! I like the quick release latch. It is also the longest one that I could find.(our dog like to visit us at the front and we have the barrier). We still think this will be too short but I'm happy we have it. I love that it has the bungee part to it so the dog doesn't get a full snap from whiplash. I do think that being in a crate is the safest way to travel but not all dogs or owners prefer to travel that way esp on short trips down the road. This is great for a trip to 7-11 or down the street to the bigger park.

Keeps dog in the car
I have had to drop off and pick up my son from camp for the past three weeks, and our Newfoundland REALLY wants to be with us all the time. However, the assembly line at drop-off/pick-up is so well organized that we just open the door and my son hops out. I wasn't able to bring the dog because he would just hop out too, and he's a big dog. This doggy seat belt allows me to clip his harness to the middle seat and then he is stuck there while my son climbs in or out of the car. It clicks easily and stays buckled. Great product and so nice to be able to bring the dog with us on our rides.

Good Quality
Fits the safety belt buckle which I've read complains about maybe not this one but others that use basically the same connection.I like the elastic which has a little give. I'm using this in a VW Golf Alltrack for my 75lb Doberman Pinscher (puppy)I was a little hesitant about the clasp end (not the seat belt end) as it's not you're standard clasp but I actually like this one better it's very solid.

Easily Clips Into Seatbelt Clip
My dog loves to go for rides in the car but he is once in the car he is always all over the place. I thought I would try a bungee seat belt and very happy I did.
