Update: So, it's now been two years and this desk is still like it was the day a put it together! This is definitely the one of the best things I've purchased from Amazon! I could see getting a good ten years out of this desk if not more! Buy this desk. You won't regret it!Btw as most of you know there’s some shady stuff going I. With the reviews on Amazon and I’m sure other sites. So, it’s hard to weed out the bad from the good. I was not payed to give this survey. I’m an actual customer that was looking for a desk for my gaming computer. SOOO easy to assemble. If you’re looking for something that one person can put together. This is it. I did this in less than 30 minutes all alone with the flu. I was going to wait until I was feeling better but the box sitting in my dining room was driving me crazy. So, I opened it and checked out the directions and new it was going to be quick and easy. Directions are great. Everything lined up correctly. Seems very sturdy. Works in the small space I have for it in the living room. Can’t say if it will last but I’ll update this review if I have an issue. If you’re looking for an inexpensive desk and don’t need anything with all of the bells and whistles. Get this desk. The price, look, the easy assembly, and the sturdiness all get 5 stars. Oh and not a scratch on it!

Well, I personally feel like I roll the dice when I buy a product made in China. Happily, in this case my fears were unfounded. The product arrived in good time. The edges of the box were a bit smushed but there was styrofoam lining the contents. All the melamine boards were in perfect condition. All the metal was in perfect condition. I am a senior and I put it together myself. It would be helpful to have another person when you put in the top diagonal piece. These boards are thin melamine. Take your time. Do not over tighten the screws. Just tighten enough for a solid feel. I left off the lower floor shelf. Once assembled, I revisited the screws and tightened some. In all cases, just a fraction of a turn. I adjusted the level screws using a level tool. The finshed product is sturdy. I ordered the 40 inch model in black and white. It took me several hours to complete. The instructions were good and easy to follow. I had to rest between sessions as I have some back issues. If I wouldn't have had to do that, it would take an hour. Less for a professional. I am very happy with this product.

I decided this was the desk that I was looking for. I put this desk together soon after it arrived. I’m a senior citizen and it was not complicated. A nice looking sturdy desk and I got a smaller size because I didn’t need extra take up space. It doesn’t have rollers but slides easily with gliders and it’s portable. Great choice for me.

I’ve been working from home since the beginning of covid. I’ve been using a card table as a desk and FINALLY decided to get an actual desk. The desk fits perfect in the little space that I have. Perfect size for my 2 monitors. It was super easy and quick to assemble and it comes with the tool that you’ll need. I love it! Perfect for me. I purchased the 47.2” perfect for two 19in monitors FYI.

It's a great product and extremely glad I went and bought this, instead of relying on the "free-on-the-curb" marketplace.I used this to hold my 2 monitors on the lifted shelf, and the laptop that connected them all was open with the camera in the center, right in between. If I put a large book under the laptop and looked back at the desk cross-eyed I could *staaaaaart* to see the middle droop from the weight, but the monitors were snagged from the office so are heavy clunky older ones--a normal person would have complained to their work already and gotten new, lighter monitors and not had any hint of a concern about how much weight the second shelf can hold. Unless you plan on using huge books to prop up a laptop, you're 89% absolutely going to be fine if you buy this.What DOES feel off, is that there's no place to put your feet absentmindedly. There's the panel way up at the top, and the one at the floor, but there's nothing along the longer line. But if you get off your butt and walk around instead of just hunkering down at the desk like you're just at the cusp of cracking the case, again, you're going to be fine.Assembly is just fine. Put it together as a single person, wasn't difficult, just don't rush. Clear it of stuff and you can easy lift it to move around the room. You could totally disassemble to move-move, too.

I work out of a small apartment office in NYC, and this fit PERFECT! Truly, the desk I have been seeking all these years! Only possible concern is the load capacity on the top shelf. I have a 21.5 inch iMac and 17.5 inch HP monitor on the top shelf. Both monitors are set atop mini monitor risers, and I have misc office supplies and cords also on the shelf. The top shelf is holding up, but the center is slightly bowing. Other than that, this desk checks all boxes for a small space. Super easy to assemble and an absolute steal for the price. Highly, HIGHLY recommend if in need of a comfortable setup for a small space.

I purchased one over a year ago for my older computer to sit on. I needed a second one for my "home office" that's in a corner. It's sturdy and functions perfectly.
