Great quality and easy install
I have been using Lorex security camera with NVR for home and business for 5 years now. Could not be happier! Phone apps works well but web browser access is no go for me (never got it to work). Quality is amazing. The deterance light and alarm is a bonus for after hours motion sensor triggering.If you know how to set these up right....they work great!

Excellent System. Easy to set up. Set it up and forget it. Very sensitive and picks up all motion with excellent clarity. I would strongly recommend this. I recommend purchasing the S380 Homebase as well.

The zoom function on the PTZ is not supported by the app.
I recently purchased two PTZ's, LNZ81P25 & LNZ44P4. I own a business situated on several acres of property, and my intention was to test these two in the hopes of purchasing several more to add to my existing LOREX system.But when I went to operate the zoom feature, I realized it was no longer supported in the app. This is unacceptable. How can LOREX allow this oversight? I too will be returning both my PTZ's. LOREX isn't the only game in town. There are several other options that actually support the zoom feature in the app plus so much more. I'm currently looking at blink, canary and Swan.

Disappointed in product pricing
I give 5 stars for the cameras themselves. But I’m disappointed in Amazon and Lorex pricing now. I contemplated a long time for these cameras. I purchased the 4 pack of the E893DDE from Lorex company because Amazon would not discount for quantity discount. Lorex did discount for quantity discount. I got them for $123.49 instead of $129.99. Now To my demise, both Amazon and Lorex have now reduced their prices to $97.49. I now realized I could and should have waited for price to come down. But sounds so typical of Amazon and Lorex to do such an awful and unbelievable thing like that. I’m really upset about that.
