Cute, functional, and quick assembly!
I bought this to keep by my front door for my bags and my husband's backpack, and it's perfect! It definitely feels sturdy enough for our purposes, though I'm not sure how well it would hold up with extended use with very heavy luggage. Assembly was a breeze - the instructions aren't abundantly clear, but if you have any experience with flat pack furniture, it's pretty simple. Just be aware that the two dowels that hold the top shelf are what keep the side cross beams together, so you might have to wrestle with it a little bit during assembly to get it to stay together before those are attached. I'm looking forward to having such a cute way to store our bags!

Put together with wire brads
I ordered 2 of these and had to repair the slatted base when they got to me. Unsure if the packaging had just gotten twisted in delivery but many of the slats on the bottom had popped free from their wire brads. I drilled small holes and used larger brads to repair as the original brads were bent and too thin to reuse. If you're handy, they're beautiful and a good value for the money but know they may need a little diy when you get them.

This is complete junk.....very poorly made.
I am compelled to warn everyone about this product because it is truly junk. It is so cheaply made! Even the staples that hold it together are so small it falls apart. The wooden slats on the bottom just fall apart from opening and closing it. I glued 6 of them back on and they are still falling apart! I haven't bothered even checking to see if the glue has held or if it's the other ones that are stapled falling apart. It's been a while since I've been ripped off this bad and I've only put it out for 2 guests to try and use. I'm calling it a loss and don't plan on trying to chase down a refund at this point even though Amazon has a pretty good system in place for refunds. I don't get guests that often and so have already had it a couple months.....beware!

Good looking and multi-functional
Primary use will be suitcase holders for guest bedrooms but they can also be used as a bedside tables or to hold a computer to do a quick search while seated on the bed. I bought two when I saw that even people who had difficulty putting them together gave it five stars. When they finally succeeded, I figure there was forgiveness because it looks so much better than the alternatives. Very sturdy. Can be folded up and put away. To assemble, just remember that the strut with the embedded metal nut has to face the center for the bolt going in from the outside to hold the two struts together securely and that the two rods are necessarily of different lengths.

Not simple to assemble, but very nice when you get it right!
I bought a new, returned one, very good condition. Someone had the legs assembled backwards. When put together properly (and the directions are NOT clear) it is a very nice piece. The bottom slats could be much better attached but nothing a little wood glue won't fix. It seems fairly sturdy as well; we'll have to see how heavy the luggage our friends show up with is! LOL

... on my bottom rack came broken already which is annoying. Other than that it’s put it together prettty ...
This company has really great customer service!!! My bottom rack came a little broken and they made sure to take care of it! it’s easy to put it together and was perfect for my carry on luggage and shoes! It feels sturdy and is cute and also easy to fold away! Would definitely recommend!!

Structural integrity?
The directions aren't that clear especially with the leg pieces looking rather similar on the directions and in real life. My biggest complaint is the last hole wasn't properly cut as there was no wood to stop the screw. Luckily I had a washer to make it work, but I'm not sure if it will be able to actually hold a regular suitcase let alone fully loaded luggage. Overall, it looks nice in photos [and multi-use concept] but the hardware issue + structural integrity instability makes us lose faith in this being a "recommend to a friend" level product .

read my review and you’ll be as happy as I am
beautiful and sturdy. One recommendation. Put the round handles that holds the sliding tray on first “before” you put the bottom pieces one. I put the bottom pieces on first and for some reason the round pieces on top appeared to short and unable to connect to the sides. I took apart the bottom and put the top pieces one first, then I put the bottom pieces on and everything fit. You’ll have to push and force a little bit But I’m the end it all came together. I’m happy and very satisfied.
