I have suffered with fructose malabsorption for many year and had great hopes that these enzymes would finally be the solution I have been hoping for. Unfortunately, I found that they did nothing to help and I suffered the consquences of trying foods containing fructose that I had always avoided in the past. I tried taking up to three pills before the meal and even more pills following the meal. Even when I ate foods that that only contained moderate amounts fructose, I still had the same negative reaction.Obviously everyones body chemistry is different. Just because it didn't work for me doesn't mean it won't for you. I had to try it because of all the postive reviews from people who it apparantly helped. I will not be buying any more of these pills.

I ate a meal that has been known to cause digestive issues for me. But after taking this product, I had zero, and I mean ZERO issues. Eager to try it when I eat spaghetti sauce with meat. I'm hopeful!

Anyways, I have IBS (constipation) & I might also have fructose malabsorption, I haven’t ate sugar in 3 days and I am already seeing a huge difference… Anyways, I gave it 3 stars cause I haven’t tried so just based on the label & package but I’ll edit this review in a couple of weeks. Tomorrow I have a party and I plan to take 2 before a meal just to prevent.My symptoms are: extreme bloating, brain fog, constipation, and produce like thick saliva behind my throat.

I just finished my first bottle and although I was skeptical at first, it worked enough for me. Pros: I liked the convenience of not having to carry different pills for each food type that gives me issues. The pills themselves had no flavor, weren't too large, and went down easily. They reduced my issues with lactose and fructose intolerance enough to warrant a repurchase. Cons: The price (hence the missing star). With some portions I had to take 2 pills per meal and with 3 meals a day, they did not last. I wish there was a discount program for frequent buyers.

So helpful. I have a lot of painful digestion issues and this has allowed me to eat a lot of foods I couldn’t digest before. Especially meals with gluten and dairy. It’s helped me lower my weight due to bloating, it has no after taste or anything I notice when taking the capsule. It’s been very helpful for me I’d recommend it!
