Heavy duty, no rust! Holds up very well in rain, looks very nice with cushions. Fully adjustable back (sits upright and has several laid back angles, goes completely flat as well). Very level lounger and I like the low set arm rests- I can reach over easily to the side table without the arm rests getting in the way. Bonus that they are low enough to the ground for the grandkids to sit on easily with their feet still on the ground.

I just put the products together and it is exactly what I expected. Heavy and sturdy. The only thing I can say that may be helpful to future buyers is the product looks like it was made from plastic, as it was, rather than a wood product. So, it doesn’t have that wood grain look. I Purchased, the slate gray color, hoping it would look somewhat like weathered wood to match a dining set I was purchasing ftom another manufacturer at the same time, that will sit near each other on a balcony. The dining set looks and feels like weathered wood. So the two sets don’t match exactly, but I’m okay with that. The other company didn’t have this style of lounge so a person couldn’t lay out face down to get sun. I would also recommend buying the lounge with arms for the extra money. This is a great product that should last for many years. No more spending $150 every couple of years for folding lounges where the fabric and frame gives out to renters use and constant sun/salt/rain exposure. Not to mention the time I’ve spent having to visit the property 2 hours away to find and purchase replacement lounges every couple years over the last 20 years.

Living on the Intercoastal it’s important to have materials that won’t rust. The hardware is stainless steel which is exactly what we wanted. The plywood is durable and will last a lifetime. With the hardware being stainless it is soft. You will definitely need a drill to get these strews in and be careful they will round out easily.

Someone told me they were amazing chairs and chaises when I was shopping for outdoor stuff so I gave it a shot…We live in Phoenix and we needed something that wouldn’t get too hot and burn you like metal or melt and crack and fade like cheap plastics or wicker etc. They have a huge warranty so I thought they just be amazing. They shouldn’t fade and they are easy to wash. The setup was oddly long since they are put together with cheap hex hardware. So I got my hex bits and put them in my cordless drill and worked slowly as to not strip the holes or screws. For some reason, the feet do not sit flush with the floor so it looks odd on both chaises. I have checked everything and they just are improperly cut. They are slightly slippery so when you lay down, you might slip down a little. So just maybe get a towel or a cushion to create more friction if you have a problem. They also have some give, so you might feel it bend a little when sitting. My wife sat on the chair and the armrest broke instantly because when it was assembled in the factory with screws that were stripped. So it’s a good thing I kept the warranty stickers on the chairs and took pics of them. Those stickers would have fell off or something quickly in AZ. After weeks of no response via email I called the company and they were fast to answer and she said it would take 3 days or so to get a replacement part. Now it’s been another two or three weeks and now I got an email saying it’s has been shipped. I don’t know if the part is going to fix my chaise since the issue i see are the holes are stripped from the manufacturer. Maybe they will send a whole new chair. Who knows but for how expensive they were, I was expecting a lot more quality assembly and no issues with a warranty or getting my chair parts in the mail. The whole ordeal doesn’t make me feel confident. I assumed I would buy them and have like 20 years of no issues no one day of use and 2 months of no fixes…

I've had this for a few months. It would probably withstand a disaster but I have to say that it's not comfortable. It was difficult to assemble (I'm very good with tools), I doubt it would be stressed with a 400 pound person. Perhaps because I'm 6'5", it doesn't seem to angle at the right place. The arms rests are at a really stupid height, hard to explain, you can't rest your arms, just bump them. I've laid down on it a several times, always getting up to go sit in my favorite patio chair. So it finally occurred to me that I should get rid of it. I'll sell it cheap on craigslist. It probably would be great for someone else.
