High hopes
I had high hopes for these. Buying files individually can get expensive and personally, I hate cleaning files, I'd rather use a new one. I've even tried kits for each client but they never bring them back to their next appt. Anyway, I've used a few of the spongy ones and they fall apart after little use. The grit starts falling off. The non spongy files seem to be okay so far. I think I'd shop around a little more before I bought these again.

Not great
The abrasive is a very thin layer, especially on the edges. Half of mine came already lifting off the plastic core. These are 2-3 time usage at best. Maybe to keep in your purse or travel/gym bag for emergencies. And I ordered two packs. 🤦🏻♀️

Good for 1 use
These will not hold up to multipleuses. Have used once and some parts on some files are already bare. Not a great buy.
