Perfect fit just be sure to keep the little rubber stopper as no kits come with the kit.Go slow and you will be fine. Steve About 20 minutes to install.

Good Repair Kit
Delivery was delayed but grateful for this little do it yourself repair kit. I used a "how to" video to install on my car. Not sure if youtube video is made by the vendor but it was very helpful. The only piece that didn't fit well was the small metal spike thar holds the black part. It was too large. Thankfully the original mental spike from my car was in good condition. You may have to add lubricant. But all good!

Literally saved me so much money!
I bought this because of the good reviews and I really couldn'tafford to take my Sonic to the shop. I was skeptical about trying to replace it on my own, since I hardly have any mechanical experience, and I was disappointed that there were no instructions included. However, a quick Google search provided several easy step by step tutorials and I was able to replace my broken shift button in no time at all. I was so relieved to have been able to fix it quick and for less than twenty bucks! If I can do it, anyone can, just make sure you keep all the little parts together.
