Great bike! Great customer service!
I am so impressed with this that I can't write enough! I had earlier written a review that was also 5 stars, and happened to mention that one of the control knobs was broken, but still usable. I mentioned that I had decided that it was such a small defect that I wasn't going to mess with trying to get it replaced. Well, lo and behold, a new knob arrived in the mail to replace the damaged one! Awesome customer service! I am super pleased!!

Requires modification straight out of the box for assembly.
Product did not fit together properly when I got it. Parts had to be modified in order to fit together.
