This thing is an absolute life saver. I bought it after a friend recommended it to me - plus I think the white and rose gold look is really cute compared to all the usual plain black ones I've seen - and it's probably one of the best things I've spent money on recently!I went to a Spin class for the first time in a little over two years earlier this week and used this on my legs when I got home, and I had no muscles soreness at all (which I was very appreciative of the next day, as the lift at work was out of order and I had to walk up four flights of stairs!). I expected it to maybe help a little, but it's honestly so good. My husband has also been using it after swimming and running, and is similarly impressed! Plus it's great for back ache after sitting in an office chair all day.It's a great size and fits nicely in my hand to use - it doesn't feel too big and clunky at all. The instructions it comes with are also really useful, as they tell you which attachment heads are best for different muscle groups, and there are loads of settings to play around with to find what works for you. I'm quite a petite woman, so I don't go too high with the power setting, but my husband appreciates the wider range as he's much bigger than me! The case is also great, as it keeps all the bits together in my gym bag, and it's nicely padded so I'm not worried about it getting damaged.I've seen quite a few of these on the market, but the colour and design of this one swayed it for me. Plus the seller was really great and I got it sooner than I expected, which is always a plus! Overall I'm super happy, and would 100% recommend this to anyone!

Nice kit with 4 different heads and handy carry case. Included instructions have comprehensive guidance of what to use and for how long. Clear display showing strength, or the how charged the battery is if it is on charge. Would recommend!

Bought to use for behind my shoulder blades. In order to get a deep massage my husband had to press hard against the muscle, but when he’d do that, it would stop.

First one of these I’ve owned - got it because my Chiro uses one on me, and it’s actually really good! Seems powerful enough to help with muscle stiffness the day after the gym, and definitely helps with my lower back pain as well. It’s small enough to take in your gym bag if you want to, but I just keep mine in the hard case it came in with all the heads and use it at home. Would definitely recommend if you have muscle or back pain!
