Q: What's the difference between this and alpha gpc?

You might want to consult your healthcare practitioner or google to be certain, but I'm pretty sure they're entirely different things.

Q: How much actual choline per serving? the label says 600 mg of GPC per serving. How much choline per serving, MINUS the glycerine and water?

The label says Glycerophosphocholine 600mg (from sunflower lecithin) and that is for 2ML. The other ingredients are vegetable glycerine and deionized water but that wouldn't change the dosing per ml. Perhaps I am not understanding the question, but that's the info I can glean from the label in case it is helpful.

The contents are in a glass dropper bottle as you can see from the picture.

Q: Does this need to be refrigerated?

No I never refrigerated. They are stabilized, and if you take as directed last about a month.
