The product is easy to use and produces a reasonable image. As others say there could be improvements in knowing whether the pen is actually recording in some discreet way but mainly for the price it's a good overall device.

Very discreet, can be hidden and no one will notice it. Easy to set up and great customer service.

Cam is not bad, bot not as good as twice cheaper on ebay. Had 6-7 so far so have what to compare with. It killed me whe I tried to view the video and each time it asked me to subscribe to paid cloud services. Never had this issue with none of the cams. Thats an option from manufacturer to make money off you. So you can have it back guys. Thankyou, but NO

The battery life is so short that to last the night it needs to be charging the whole time. Might as well not bother with a battery.

I have received this nanny cam pen to review on behalf of Amazon. It arrived promptly and well packaged.I wasn't sure what to expect with this pen, as some I have seen before are absolute tat.The video quality on this is surprisingly good, with nice crisp images coming through. This is really let down by the sound, as when used without my kids knowledge, upon playback the sound was unintelligible. Ok kids don't always speak the clearest, but this was just a garbled mess.On the upside, the pen writes nicely.
