Works well but pricey
Needed a third battery for my drill/driver combo set and this one was the best value for me. I like the fuel gauge feature as you know how much "juice" is left so you can plan accordingly for another battery. So far it's holding a good charge and will keep you working without having to swap out batteriew too frequently. I'm not a heavy user so it can last a couple of hours of light to moderate use. If you are building a deck and using it to screw in deck screws, it probably will die before your job is done but it charges quickly and if you have a back up you can keep going indefinately.My only gripe is the cost of the battery. The marketing strategy is to practically give the tool away and sell replacement batteries at an inflated price. Your new tool will likely come with a low capacity battery but you'll need a back up that you will pay over half of the cost of the tool originally. I guess it must be worth it to the consumer because we keep buying them.

Good battery
Works just as well as the batteries that came with the drills but have the added feature of a LED meter that helps me keep track of how much charge is in it before I start working. Wish I had purchased 2 at the same time as the price was good.

Great batteries
I have been using the Li Ion Bosch batteries all spring on three cordless tools. They hold a charge a long time and are easily adequate in power for most jobs (now and again I'll use a corded drill for really tough work). There's no down time - when one goes flat, I just switch out with another tool and fully recharge the flat one in 20 or 30 minutes. Love the tools, love the batteries.

Unclear Product Description by Amazon
I just purchased an 18V Bosch Compact Tough Drill/driver from Amazon. It comes with two 1.5 Ah batteries. I wanted to get the smallest, lightest battery that I could. The description made reference to a 1.3 Ah Slim Pack battery. THIS IS NOT THAT BATTERY. This is the same as the 1.5 Ah batteries that come with the drill. The descriptions were incomplete and misleading.
