Gary Zukav's books about the soul make so much sense. The soul is who we are - before we were born, now inhabiting an earthly body, who we will continue to be after this earthly body dies. Life is so much less frantic when we see ourselves this way.

Great read to keep beside our bed and go back to often.

I love the idea of daily meditations and I like the layout/design.The content itself I find somewhat dogmatic and I don't resonate with it as much as I hoped I would.But then we're all different, have different backgrounds and walk different paths so maybe you will who knows. :-)
